dL Panthenol AKA Pro Vitamin B5 deeply moisturizes hair and penetrates both the skin and hair. Pro Vitamin B5 reduces moisture loss and locks in the moisture from the oils that we use in this product. It also helps keep hair and the scalp healthy.
